The 47 Ronins of Ako
Set in the eighteenth century, during the reign of the fifth Tokugawa shōgun Tokugawa Tsunayoshi. Akō-han is demolished by the Tokugawa shogunate. Hotta Hayato is a ronin who is living a desperate life because of his sad past. But one day he starts working for Chisaka Takafusa, the Chief retainer of the Uesugi clan. The Uesugi clan and Chisaka are wary of Ōishi Kuranosuke and Ako Roshi's movements, so Chisaka orders Hotta to observe Ōishi Kuranosuke.
Shigurui: Death Frenzy
At the beginning of the Edo Era, when people enjoyed a time of peace, Lord Tokugawa Tadanaga holds a fighting tournament. In the past, matches were fought with wooden swords. This time, real swords will be used. One-armed Fujiki Gennosuke and blind Irako Seigen will fight each other in this match. Shikazō asks Nakamura Mondo to kill a man, once Mondo refuses but he is blinded by big money and eventually take the offer. Mondo restarts killing villains again with Kazarishokunin no Hide and Nawate Samon.
Denshichi Torimonocho
Denshichi of Kuromon-cho hates crime and hates people. He is a stylish and kind Okakitori. Denchichi is a chivalrous and gentle okabiki, and he will not tolerate bad people under the ten purple hands of Murasakibusa, entrusted to him by the magistrate of Toyama. Denchichi is sent by Koi Nyobo's fire to destroy the evils of Edo.
