Overview:
Inspired by Krystal Marquis’ bestselling novel of the same name, the Bridgerton-esque romantic series, set in 1910 America, centers on the Davenports, one of the few Black families of immense wealth and status thanks to the entrepreneurship of formerly enslaved patriarch William Davenport.
