Sinister
True-crime writer Ellison Oswalt is in a slump; he hasn't had a best seller in more than 10 years and is becoming increasingly desperate for a hit. So, when he discovers the existence of a snuff film showing the deaths of a family, he vows to solve the mystery. He moves his own family into the victims' home and gets to work. However, when old film footage and other clues hint at the presence of a supernatural force, Ellison learns that living in the house may be fatal.

This is Poe and Král's first effort, shot on small-gauge stock, before their more well-known endeavor The Blank Generation (1976) came to be. A "DIY" portrait of the New York music scene, the film is a patchwork of footage of numerous rock acts performing live, at venues like Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, the dive bars of Greenwich Village and, of course, CBGB.

This Super 8 short film was discovered on May 22, 2024, at the Paraguayan-German Cultural Institute in Asunción. The film is the result of a workshop produced by the ICPA's film department in 1987, led by filmmaker Marie Louise Alemann, a pioneer of experimental cinema in Argentina.

The ruling party seemed defeated, and in response to this urgency, a spontaneous civic campaign was organized in the streets, a last-ditch effort to prevent neoliberal policies from taking hold in the country. This is a record of what happened that day in the streets of Buenos Aires.
Tscharniblues II

In "Tscharniblues II," Aron Nick discovers a kind of friendship that can weather anything.
