Ingest
Whilst clearing through his dead dad's apartment, David discovers an unmarked videotape. Which, upon playing, draws him to a sinister self-reflection.

Earthen
After a personal tragedy, a young woman seeks solace in nature. The comfort this first grants her takes a terrible turn as she realises there's something else in the woods.

Last Dance
Germain, an introspective retiree, abruptly becomes a widower at 75. He barely has the time to realize what has happened to him before his family forces their way into his daily life: non-stop phone calls and visits, meals and activities organized in advance – all meant to make his life as regular as clockwork. But Germain’s mind is elsewhere. Honoring a promise he made to his dear departed wife, he suddenly finds himself at the heart of a contemporary dance company’s newest work.

The Study
Inside a remote cabin in the woods, six strangers take part in a medical experiment that’s hiding a dark secret.

Afterthought
On the surface, this is an attempt to navigate the experience of Dissociative Identity Disorder (aka DID), yet it hint towards the universal truth that at least to some extent, everyone is made up of fragmented selves. The film is an ode to the self, with shifts in everything from angles to color, in order to evoke the journey from avoidance to confrontation, and ultimately, healing.
