Overview:
An interactive 1973 educational slide presentation exploring personal finance and budget management, developed for a USDA Special Needs Project. Directed by Harold E. Neigh and created by project coordinator Joan F. Kalejta for the Pennsylvania State University College of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service, the feature requires the viewer to manually advance through the archival image stills. It has been preserved as a theatrical style intermission featurette on the Vinegar Syndrome Archive compilation 'Reviver 3'.
